Court Deferred Dispositions
The Court Deferred Dispositions (CDD) program works with individuals who are referred by the District Attorney’s office to be mentored for a 6 or 12-month period. CDD individuals are mentored one on one and include individuals with a range of charges, many with addiction issues. A conference circle model is implemented that brings victim and offender together and an agreement is created similar to the CRT process. RJP has worked with 21 individuals thus far in this program, with a 90% success rate of individuals not re-offending.
