The Court Deferred Dispositions (CDD) program works with individuals who are referred by the District Attorney's office to be mentored for a 6 or 12 - month period. CDD participants are mentored one-on-one and include individuals with a range of charges, many with addiciton issues. A conference circle model is implemented that brings victim and offender together and an agreement is created for the duration of their disposition. |
