Restorative Culture Change Support for Groups & Organizations

SCHEDULE A 1-1 INFORMATION SESSION WITH OUR CAPACITY BUILDING TEAM HERE
Restorative practices are not something anyone can train to get to do. This is a way of being. They are as much about unlearning as it is learning to do something.
Our work at RJP Maine is continually evolving and we welcome new ideas and methods to include as we advance the vitality of our trainings to fully embrace and further define the emerging field of contemporary Restorative Practices, rooted in indigenous ways of being around the world.
We as an organization are actively asking questions about what it means to be a non-profit engaging in training around restorative practices and in particular, circle practice. We will continue to take the time that is needed to work on unlearning and learning with our DEI consultants, race equity team, and anyone interested in joining the conversation.
